- Managed 9 employees in three teams with a 2 million dollar budget and a portfolio of 20+ applications, many with dozens of interdepartmental application and data integrations.
- Successfully negotiated an annual 25% discount on a significant enterprise licensing agreement by leveraging a competitor’s market dominance.
- Led a team effort to modernize the Winnipeg.ca website from project initiation, current state analysis, future state project plan, funding, RFP contract administration and evaluation, client negotiations, multi-department coordination of work effort, project execution, launch and close out.
- Led using a democratic, participative leadership style, inviting input from team members before making decisions. Encouraged professional development and supported staff to grow into new roles.

- Developed the Winnipeg Open Data program by influencing department data owners to release high value datasets.
- Program efforts led to recognition of Winnipeg as the second most Open City in 2019 in Canada on the Open Cities Index, up from tenth in 2016, and a 2020 Open Cities Index score of 96%.
